Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a personable and organized Receptionist to join a client's team in California. This role is essential in providing a warm and welcoming environment for visitors and supporting the administrative operations of the office.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Coordinate mail distribution and manage courier services.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and managing the office calendar.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and visitors, providing accurate information.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Work Hours:

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

Pay:

$20 - $24 per hour
